Background:

Sarthan is a boy with a extreme hatred of criminals, and with a good reason to. A criminal took his life away when Sarthan was 10 years old, by killing Sarthan's parents. Sarthan has a huge passion for dueling, something he learned from his dad, and always had his cards with him.

During the unfatefull day his parents got murdered, Sarthan had hidden himself. Unfortunately the criminal knew he was home, and continued to search for him. When he was found, scared to death, he holded up a card in reflex before passing out. When he came to, another shock went through him. Half of the walls in the house were collapsed and the murderer was dead himself. The most shocking thing was the glimse of a monster, Judgment dragon looking at him before slowly fading away.

Sarthan learned of his special ability that day, his ability to make cards reality. Since then, on several occasions, he used his powers to punish criminals he found. However he needed to get stronger. To do that, a few years later, Sarthan applied to get into something that has always been a dream aswell, Duel Academy.

Dream: To rid the world of all criminals, no matter what the cost.
